Please include the material specification, grade, size, wall thickness, quantity, required delivery date, and destination. Attaching your MRL or spec sheet speeds up our response significantly.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8am–6pm UAE GST). For stock items with confirmed availability, we often respond same day. For complex RFQs requiring mill pricing, response is typically within 48 hours. Urgent requirements should be flagged as urgent in your subject line or via phone/WhatsApp.

Yes. Naftaar coordinates third-party inspection (TPI) by internationally recognised agencies including Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, Lloyd's Register, and others. We can arrange source inspection at the mill, pre-shipment inspection at our UAE facility, or both. PMI testing by XRF/OES is also available. Please specify your TPI requirements when submitting your enquiry.

All shipments from Naftaar are accompanied by original mill test certificates (MTC) to EN 10204 Type 3.1 as standard. EN 10204 3.2 (independent TPI validation) is available on request. We also provide packing lists, commercial invoices, certificate of origin, and shipping documents. SONCAP/COC for West African markets, and other country-specific certificates are available where required.

Yes — Naftaar supplies piping materials to clients in over 100 countries worldwide. We handle all export logistics from our UAE Free Trade Zone facility — including sea freight, air freight, GCC road transport, customs clearance, and full export documentation. We can supply on FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, or DDP Incoterms depending on your requirements.

Naftaar does not impose a strict minimum order quantity. We supply both single line items from stock and large-scale project packages. For very small quantities of non-stock items, we will advise on minimum mill or distributor order quantities as applicable. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise the best supply option.

Yes — Naftaar offers comprehensive project package supply for EPC contractors and project developers. We can supply your complete piping bulk MRL — including pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets, stud bolts, and specialty items — from a single source, with coordinated delivery scheduling aligned to your construction programme. Please share your MRL for a detailed proposal.

Payment terms vary depending on order value, customer relationship, and supply terms. We accept T/T (bank transfer), letter of credit (L/C), and other internationally recognised trade payment methods. For new customers, payment is typically required in advance or via confirmed L/C. Please discuss payment terms with our sales team as part of your quotation process.
